What we hold about you, and how it is kept.

Ashiya Limousine Service handles your personal information as set out below, under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

1. What we collect

• Name, telephone number, email address, LINE ID
• Pickup location, flight number, party size and requests — what a charter needs
• Your charter and payment history
• Site usage — page views, aggregated without identifying you

We never receive your card number: it is entered on the payment processor’s own page and is never stored on our servers.

2. Why we use it

• Taking, confirming and running your booking
• Contacting you, quoting, and answering enquiries
• Billing, receipts and accounting
• Sending news, where you have opted in
• Improving the service through aggregate analysis

3. How it is protected

Everything travels over HTTPS. Telephone numbers, email addresses and LINE IDs are also encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.

4. Sharing

We do not pass your information to third parties without consent, except where the law requires it. We do entrust it, to the extent the work requires, to:

• our payment processor, to take card payments
• our email and SMS providers, to send booking confirmations
• our hosting and backup providers, to run and preserve the system

5. How long we keep it

Booking and transaction records are kept for as long as the law requires — seven years for accounting records — then deleted. Addresses that unsubscribe are removed from the mailing list.

6. Your rights

To see, correct, restrict or delete what we hold about you, write to reserve@ashiyalimousineservice.com or call 080-5307-4774. We verify who you are, then act as the law requires.

7. Cookies

Cookies keep you signed in and count page views. We run no third-party advertising trackers. You can disable cookies, but then the signed-in features stop working.
