Surcharges: +15% at weekends, +10% for departures from 20:00, +20% on designated peak dates. Any surcharge that applies is itemised in your quote.
Additional costs
Tolls, parking and any specially arranged extras (flowers, cake, photography) are charged at cost and agreed in advance. Your own connection charges for using this website are yours.

When the service is provided
On the date and time you booked. A booking is formed when we confirm it to you.
Cancellation and refunds
Because a car and chauffeur are held for you, the following cancellation charges apply. Anything you have already paid, less the charge, is refunded.

If we cannot run the car — our own fault, or a mechanical issue — you are refunded in full. The same applies when weather, disaster or road closures make the charter impossible.
Returns
This is a transport service, so there is no return of goods.
